How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments through Debit or Credit Card, and we also accept PayPal transactions. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process.

How much do we charge for shipping?

We are offering FREE shipping on all orders over $34.95

For the orders that are less then $34.95 we are charging Insured Shipping and Handling fee that is $2.95.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Because we start working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been confirmed. 

Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide. 

When will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you. You can get your tracking number if there is one available (NOTEThere isn't tracking code for all products & destinations. There is always one for the US customers. You can check this by contacting our custumer service department at exoriorstyle@gmail.com )

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard delivery time ranges anywhere from 1-2 weeks on average. Rare instances may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases, you may receive your order anywhere from 3-5 weeks (unlikely). Please be patient your items come from all around the world. And always feel free to contact us about your orders at exoriorstyle@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking order by e-mailing us at exoriorstyle@gmail.com

What if I haven’t received my package?

  1. Check all external locked mailboxes
  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at exoriorstyle@gmail.com with your order number in the subject field.

I accidentally put the wrong address for my order, can it be fixed? 

Unfortunately, once the order is placed and shipped there is nothing our Exorior team can do. If this occurs, there will be no refund so please be aware and enter your address in carefully.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact us at exoriorstyle@gmail.com with your order number in the subject field.
